BERTHOLD, N.D. — Developers of a housing project near Berthold are looking for prospective homeowners.
The Minot Daily News reports that the group managing the 240-lot Prairie Rose Estates plans to break ground for new homes this fall and build through the winter,
The modular homes are built in Indiana to North Dakota and local building codes. They will be erected on concrete foundations with crawl spaces and will have electric heating.
Single-family homes in the development start at $200,000. There are three models, although people may customize the homes.
An open house is scheduled Monday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
