Marcil will speak at the North Dakota Real Estate Summit as part of the North Dakota Real Estate Titans Panel. Self-described as a “serial entrepreneur” involved in starting over thirty companies, Mr. Marcil also has over 25 number of years of experience in real estate development, dealing in both commercial and private property.
