Grainger, a retailer offering a variety of products such as tools, parts, safety equipment and maintenance supplies for the oil and gas industry, has announced the grand opening of its new location in Dickinson, North Dakota.
The new 5,000 square-foot branch offers the Bakken region over 1.2 million products and locally stocks a wide range of inventory specifically tailored to companies operating in the oil fields, including a comprehensive offering of safety products and services. Grainger’s inventory management solutions cater to the needs of their individual customers, helping these businesses achieve cost reductions, productivity gains and the stockroom improvements necessary for a smooth running operation.
Like Grainger’s Williston branch that opened in 2013, the Dickinson location will be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Marty Neus, district sales manager at Grainger’s Williston branch told the Bakken Magazine, “Our presences are supported by the supply chain that helps get products to customers either same day or next day and allows us to provide critical product support and services that help keep their operations running and their people safe.”
Brett Ruhl, Grainger Market Manager in Dickinson said, “Grainger is here to do much more than just sell someone a widget. We are here to form a true partnership with our customers in an effort to help them grow their businesses faster and more efficiently by helping create safer work environments and reduce overall costs through better inventory management.”
The new branch is located at 3221 Highway 22, Dickinson, North Dakota. The store can be reached at (701) 492-9955 by phone or (701) 483-9289 by fax. Normal hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Grainger’s contact centers provide technical product support and 24/7 customer service support. The branch will open during off-hours as requested by the customer to support urgent and unplanned product needs.
