Select Ford hosting compressed natural gas (CNG) workshop at KUMV Farm and Ranch Show

WILLISTON, NDSelect Ford of Williston is hosting an informative workshop on the new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) technology using flare gas at the KUMV Farm and Ranch Show on Tuesday, March 17 from 12:30-2pm at the Raymond Family Community Center.

The workshop will be led by Louis Herring, President of PowerFuel CNG Systems. Mr. Herring is responsible for the introduction of the revolutionary integration of natural gas into Ford vehicle power controls, which has made a significant impact on the alternative fuels industry.

The public is invited to join the discussion on local access to fueling, return-on-investment, and industry trends that are helping to advance the use of natural gas as a superior transportation fuel.

A working natural gas powered vehicle will be on-hand to view and test drive. This workshop is designed for private and public sector fleet operators, and all those concerned with viable technologies that reduce fuel costs, improve local air quality, and alter the geopolitical balance of fuel dependency.

  1. We need this presentation in south western Pennsylvania where the Marcellus shale play began. Washington County Fair would be a great venue.
