As states across the nation are working to ensure compliance with the EPA’s latest carbon regulations, Gov. Mead from Wyoming is busy making sure his state’s coal won’t go to waste.

The meetings have been taking place in Longview, Washington. The city is located on the banks of the Columbia River and is an ideal trade port.
