BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A damaged injection line has caused a spill of about 8,400 gallons of a mixture of saltwater and oil in Bottineau County. The North Dakota Department of Health says the spill happened Wednesday about 3 1/2 miles north of Mohall.
