BISMARCK, N.D. — Boardings at North Dakota’s eight commercial service airports in July dropped about 4 percent from the previous year. 2014 ND taxable sales, purchases set record at $28.2 billion

BISMARCK, N.D. — North Dakota’s taxable sales and purchases increased 11 percent in 2014 to a record $28.2 billion.
