MINOT, N.D. — Authorities have arrested two Minneapolis residents who they say stole roughly $8,000 worth of merchandise from a Wal-Mart in Minot. Minot jail reduces overcrowded population


MINOT, N.D.— Ward County Jail administrators have returned their inmate population to maximum capacity after weeks of overcrowding. The jail in Minot had been housing roughly 50 more inmates than its 104-person limit, KXMC-TV reported. Minot jail moving inmates to ease overcrowding


MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Inmates at the Ward County jail are being moved to lockups in Bismarck, Rugby and, possibly, Grand Forks because of a lack of space at the Minot facility.
