WILLISTON, N.D. — A Williston man has been charged in a hit-and-run that killed a Mississippi man in early December.
David Krause, 28, was charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death.
Krause is accused of driving a vehicle that killed 31-year-old Anthony Paul Scoggins on Dec. 5.
Authorities say a pickup ran over Scoggins as he tried to hold onto the back of the truck in the JDub’s Bar and Grill parking lot.
Police say Krause was tracked down through assistance of two witnesses and security video.
