Former Governor Ed Schafer is slated to deliver the keynote address at the upcoming North Dakota Real Estate Summit in Fargo at the Ramada Plaza Suites September 23. The summit will discuss the state of the real estate market across North Dakota as it is impacted by both the agriculture and energy industries.
